Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In addition to the staff referred to in section 48 (1), the service corporation may employ persons, under written agreements, for the exercise of any of the functions or powers of the corporation.
(2) The terms and conditions of employment of persons employed under subsection (1) are such as the corporation determines from time to time.
