NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 48

    (1)     Subject to this division, staff of the service corporation are to be persons appointed or employed under the Public Service Act 1999 (Cwlth).

    (2)     The NEPC executive officer may exercise the powers given by the Commonwealth Act, section 49 (2) and (3).
