Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The NEPC executive officer has such recreation leave entitlements as are determined by the remuneration tribunal of the Commonwealth in accordance with the law of the Commonwealth.
(2) The council may grant the NEPC executive officer leave of absence other than recreation leave, on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the council determines.
