NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 38

    (1)     There is to be a NEPC Executive Officer.

    (2)     The NEPC executive officer is to be appointed by the council.

    (3)     The NEPC executive officer is to be appointed for such period, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for reappointment.
