NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 35

The functions of the service corporation are—

        (a)     to provide assistance and support to the council, the NEPC committee and any other committee established under section 32; and

        (b)     to provide assistance and support to other ministerial councils as directed by the council; and

        (c)     to do anything incidental or conducive to the exercise of the function mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).
