NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 27

Voting at meetings

    (1)     At a meeting, a decision of the council shall be supported by the votes of at least 2 / 3 of the members, whether present or not.

    (2)     The member presiding at a meeting of the council has a deliberative vote only.
