NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 24

Convening of meetings

The chairperson—

        (a)     may, at any time, convene a meeting of the council; and

        (b)     shall convene a meeting of the council when requested to do so in writing signed by at least 2 / 3 of the members.
