Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The council shall, as soon as practicable after 30 September in each year, prepare a report of its operations during the year ended on the preceding 30 June.
(2) A report prepared under subsection (1) shall include—
(a) a copy of the report the council receives under section 22 and copies of the reports for the year that it receives from the Commonwealth, other Territory and State Ministers under corresponding legislation; and
(b) the council's overall assessment of the implementation and effectiveness of national environment protection measures having regard to all of the reports referred to in paragraph (a).
(3) A copy of the report is to be presented to the
Legislative Assembly not more than 7 sitting days after the council has
formally adopted the report.
