Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister of the Australian Capital Territory who is a member of the council is, after each reporting year of the council, to prepare a report on the implementation of national environment protection measures during that year by the Australian Capital Territory and the effectiveness of those measures.
(2) A report under subsection (1) shall be submitted to the council by the 30 September next following each reporting year.
(3) In this section:
"reporting year" means a year ending on 30 June.
