Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Damage to land in a reserved area causes material harm to the area if the cost of action needed to rehabilitate the area damaged is within the prescribed range.
(2) In this section:
"prescribed range "means—
(a) more than $5 000 but not more than $50 000; or
(b) if a higher range is prescribed under the regulations—that range.
