NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1980 - SECT 64

Entry to reserved areas

If, when asked by a conservation officer, a person fails to pay a fee payable by the person for entry into a reserved area, the person must not enter the area.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
