NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1980 - SECT 62

    (1)     The conservator may, in writing, determine criteria for the purposes of sections 60 (2) (b) and 61 (1).

    (2)     A determination under subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument.

Note      A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001 .
