Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) After the end of the consultation period for a draft action plan for a species, ecological community or process, the conservator may prepare an action plan for the species, ecological community or process.
(2) In preparing the action plan, the conservator must consider the comments (if any) received by the conservator about the draft plan during the consultation period.
(3) An action plan is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and
presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001 .
