NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1980 - SECT 31

    (1)     If the Minister rejects a draft nature conservation strategy under section 30, the Minister must prepare a written notice stating that the draft strategy has been rejected.

    (2)     The notice is a notifiable instrument.

Note      A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001 .

    (3)     The Minister must also publish the notice in a newspaper.
