NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1980 - SECT 18

Appointment of chairperson and deputy chairperson

    (1)     The Minister shall appoint from the members—

        (a)     a chairperson; and

        (b)     a deputy chairperson.

    (2)     The chairperson and the deputy chairperson shall not be public servants.
