Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a warehouse person does not know a person's address, notice by the warehouse person under this part may be given to the person by 2 advertisements, at least 7 days apart, in a daily newspaper.
(2) A notice given by advertisement in accordance with subsection (1) is, for this part, taken to have been given on the day the 2nd advertisement is published.
