MENTAL HEALTH (TREATMENT AND CARE) ACT 1994 - SECT 53

Failure by owner to comply

The owner of a mental health facility that is not conducted by the Territory who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with this part commits an offence.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
