Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may enter into an agreement with a Minister of another State for or with respect to the application of mental health laws of the ACT or the other State, the transfer, detention and apprehension of persons in the ACT and the other State under mental health laws and administrative matters and other matters ancillary to, or consequential on, any of those matters or other matters contained in this part.
(2) Nothing in this section limits the power of the Minister to enter into any agreement relating to mental health laws.
