Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a person who is required by summons to attend a hearing to give evidence or produce a document if the hearing is adjourned or postponed.
(2) The person must attend at the time and place to which the hearing is adjourned or postponed without the issue or service of a further summons.
(3) However, the person is entitled to additional expenses for attending.
