MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1930 - SECT 86

Proceeding if both parties present at adjourned hearing

    (1)     This section applies if the parties appear personally or by lawyers or anyone else appearing for them at the time and place to which the hearing or further hearing is adjourned.

    (2)     The court may go ahead with the hearing or further hearing.
