MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1930 - SECT 7H

    (1)     A magistrate who was a public servant or APS employee immediately before his or her appointment keeps his or her existing and accruing rights.

    (2)     In this section:

"APS employee"—see the Public Service Act 1999 (Cwlth), section 7.
