MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1930 - SECT 47

A warrant issued on an information must—

        (a)     briefly state the offence or matter of the information; and

        (b)     name or otherwise describe the person against whom it is issued; and

        (c)     order the police officers to whom it is directed to—

              (i)     arrest the person; and

              (ii)     bring the person before the court to answer the information and to be further dealt with according to law.
