Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsIf any action, which by this Act is declared to be not maintainable, is brought against a magistrate, the Supreme Court, on application of the defendant, and on affidavit of the facts, may set aside or stay the proceeding with or without costs.
