Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) At any time after the lodgment with the registrar-general of an application for the registration of a units plan and before the units plan is registered, the applicant may apply in writing to the registrar-general for the withdrawal of the application for registration.
(2) The registrar-general must, on the receipt of an application under subsection (1), endorse the application for the registration of the units plan as being withdrawn and give the applicant the documents lodged under section 7.
