Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the planning and land authority grants further leases under the Planning and Development Act 2007 , section 254 (Grant of further leases) of the units and the common property forming part of the registered units plan.
(2) On lodgment of the instruments granting the leases, the registrar-general must—
(a) register the instruments; and
(b) write on the units plan the memorials necessary to show that the further leases have been granted, and the date of the end of their terms.
