Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If the planning and land authority has executed a variation of a Crown lease under the Planning and Development Act 2007 , the authority must lodge a copy of the variation with the registrar-general.
(2) On receipt of a copy of a variation under subsection (1), the registrar-general shall endorse on the folium of the register constituted by the relevant certificate of title a memorial in accordance with this Act.
(3) The variation takes effect when the registrar-general endorses on the folium of the register constituted by the relevant certificate of title the memorial mentioned in subsection (2).
