LAND TITLES ACT 1925 - SECT 69B

In this part:

"authorised entity "means any of the following:

        (a)     the registrar-general;

        (b)     the Territory;

        (c)     a territory authority;

        (d)     an entity prescribed by regulation;

        (e)     an employee of an entity mentioned in paragraph (a), (b), (c) or (d).
