LAND TITLES ACT 1925 - SECT 52

Certificate of title as evidence that land duly brought under Act

    (1)     A certificate of title signed and sealed by the registrar-general is conclusive evidence that the property comprised in the certificate of title has been duly brought under this Act.

    (2)     No certificate of title shall be impeached or defeasible on the ground of want of notice or of insufficient notice of the application to bring the land therein described under this Act, or on account of any error, omission or informality in the application, or in the proceedings pursuant thereto, by the registrar-general.
