LAND TITLES ACT 1925 - SECT 25

Registrar-general bringing land under Act

If, within the time limited by the registrar-general or under any order of the court, any notice forwarded by registered letter in accordance with section 24 is not returned by the postmaster-general, and if within the time so limited the registrar-general has not received a caveat as described in this Act forbidding him or her so to do, and, in any case in which personal notice has been required as aforesaid, if the registrar-general has received proof to his or her satisfaction that the notice has been served, the registrar-general shall bring the land described in the application under this Act by issuing to the applicant, or to such person as the applicant or the person applying in his or her behalf by any writing directs, a certificate of title for the land as described in this Act.
