Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar must give an applicant under section 41 written notice of a decision under the section (other than a decision under section 42 (2) (c)) not later than 7 days after the day the decision is made.
Note The Legislation Act, pt 19.5 deals with service of documents.
(2) If the decision is to register the person as a worker, the notice must state the person's registration day as a worker.
(3) If the decision is to refuse to register the person under section 42 (2) (d), the notice must include—
(a) an explanation for the decision; and
(b) a statement of the effect of section 44.
