Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The authority may arrange with the chief executive to use public servants in the administrative unit under the chief executive's control.
(2) The Public Sector Management Act 1994 applies to the management by the authority of public servants who are the subject of an arrangement under subsection (1).
