LONG SERVICE LEAVE (BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY) ACT 1981 - SECT 7

    (1)     For this Act, an employer is a person who employs someone else to carry out building and construction work.

    (2)     However, the following are not employers for this Act:

        (a)     the Territory;

        (b)     the Commonwealth;

        (c)     the Australian National University;

        (d)     the University of Canberra.
