Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A worker or employer who is given a certificate under section 63 or section 64 may, not later than 6 months after being given the certificate, object in writing to the governing board about the accuracy of a matter stated in the certificate.
(2) If an objection is given to the governing board, the board must decide the objection and must, if it allows the objection, direct the registrar to—
(a) make any necessary correction in the workers register; and
(b) give an amended certificate to
the person who made the objection.
