Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the registrar makes a decision under section 13F (3) in relation to an employer.
(2) The registrar must give a reviewable decision notice only to the employer.
Note The requirements for reviewable decision notices are prescribed under the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008 .
(3) The employer may apply to the ACAT for review of the decision.
Note If a form is approved under the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008 for the application, the form must be used.
