Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised officer may, by written notice, require an employer to comply with this Act within 28 days after the day the employer receives the notice.
(2) A person must comply with a requirement made of the person by an authorised officer under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
