    (1)     This part applies to—

        (a)     trust account investigations; and

        (b)     complaint investigations; and

        (c)     ILP compliance audits;

conducted in relation to incorporated legal practices.

    (2)     The provisions of this part are additional to the other provisions of this chapter.
