LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 417
Rules of procedural fairness and efficient dealing with complaints(1) The rules of procedural fairness, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with this Act, apply in relation to the investigation of complaints and the procedures of the councils under this chapter.
Note This Act is defined in the dictionary.
(2) A council must deal with complaints as efficiently and quickly as practicable.
