LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 331
Approved form for claims(1) The law society council may approve forms for claims against the fidelity fund.
Note For other provisions about forms, see the Legislation Act
, s 255.
(2) If the law society council approves a form for claims against the fidelity fund, the form must be used.
(3) A form is a notifiable instrument.
