LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 286
Effect of costs agreement(1) Subject to this division and division 3.2.7 (Costs assessment), a costs agreement may be enforced in the same way as any other contract.
(2) Mediation may be used to resolve a dispute over an amount claimed to be payable to a law practice under a costs agreement.
