Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A contravention of this part by an Australian lawyer who is not an Australian legal practitioner can be unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct.
(2) This part does not affect any liability that a
person who is an Australian lawyer but not an Australian legal practitioner
may have under chapter 4 (Complaints and discipline), and the person may be
punished for an offence against this part as well as being dealt with under
chapter 4 in relation to the same matter.
