LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 170
Application for grant or renewal of registration as foreign lawyerAn overseas-registered foreign lawyer may apply to the relevant council for the grant or renewal of registration as a foreign lawyer under this Act.
Note 1 If a form is approved under s 587 for this provision, the form must be used.
Note 2 A fee may be determined under s 206 for this provision.
