LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY (MEMBERS' SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1991 - SECT 21A

The board must, within 30 days after the board receives the application for reconsideration—

        (a)     confirm the decision; or

        (b)     vary the decision; or

        (c)     set aside the decision and substitute its own decision.
