LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY (MEMBERS' SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1991 - SECT 17

Where a person—

        (a)     becomes eligible to receive a benefit under this chapter; and

        (b)     dies before that benefit is paid;

the benefit is payable to the estate of that person.
