Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Chief Minister may, by writing, determine that, having regard to the parliamentary duties of a member of the Assembly, the member ought to be empowered to engage a consultant or contractor, or both, under this division.
(2) A determination is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001 .
