Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Speaker's functions under section 7 must be exercised in relation to the Executive area in accordance with any limitations and conditions agreed in writing between the Speaker and the Chief Minister.
(2) In this section:
"Executive area" means the area of the Assembly precincts reserved for the use of the Executive by a written agreement between the Speaker and the Chief Minister.
