LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY PRECINCTS ACT 2001 - SECT 10

    (1)     A person must not engage in conduct that contravenes a direction by the Speaker under section 9 (1).

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.

    (2)     In this section:

"engage in conduct" means—

        (a)     do an act; or

        (b)     omit to do an act.
