Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) As soon as practicable, and, in any event, within 7 working days, after an authorising document is made or given, or is varied or revoked, the chief executive shall cause to be lodged with the registrar-general a memorandum setting out particulars of the document, or of the variation or revocation, as the case may be.
(2) The registrar-general shall make such entries in the records kept by him or her as he or she thinks appropriate.
(3) In this section:
"working day" means a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday.
