Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsThe commission may delegate any of its functions under this Act to any of the following:
(a) a committee of commissioners or committee of officers of the commission or both;
(b) an officer of the commission;
(c) any person providing services on behalf of the commission under this Act.
