Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsIf a private legal practitioner performs, or has performed, legal services on behalf of a legally assisted person he or she shall not demand, take or accept payment for performing the services in respect of which the legally assisted person is receiving, or has received, legal assistance under this Act other than the payment or payments to which he or she is entitled under this Act.
