Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commission may, at any time, perform an audit (a compliance audit ) of legal assistance provided by a private legal practitioner.
(2) A compliance audit must not be performed unless the commission has given the practitioner written notice of—
(a) the commission's intention to carry out the audit; and
(b) the scope of the audit.
